Summary on the section titled "3. Commit to a single Viable Topic"

-This section highlighted the ideas of time and resources needed for your research topic. It asks questions to the reader to give them insight in their own research paper, asking questions that help them know if whether or not their topic is viable, well known and interesting to the researcher as well, and can be easily researched (enough research done for the topic).

My take away from the topic I summarized is that everyone's topic should be something the writer is a part of and is well involved in as well. The best way to choosing a topic is by answering the questions highlighted in this section, but as well as making sure it is something they themselves know much about. A good way to avoid choosing a research question/topic that you already know the answer to would be having an open mindset and choosing something you know of but not entirely of.

I have not yet chosen a community to write about, but I am currently thinking of writing about HLSU group I am in or the gaming community.
